VIVO – Stakeholder Engagement for Telecommunications Infrastructure

Challenge

Large-scale fibre optic infrastructure projects had stalled due to complex approval processes involving multiple stakeholders, including municipalities, local authorities, heritage agencies, environmental departments and Indigenous representatives.

Approach

Working with VIVO, Artecture coordinated stakeholder engagement across different regions of Brazil, facilitating dialogue, identifying barriers, and supporting collaboration between public institutions, private organisations and local communities. The focus was on building relationships, understanding local contexts and helping projects progress through informed communication and negotiation.

Outcome

By strengthening coordination and stakeholder relationships, previously delayed projects were able to move forward more efficiently while respecting local regulations, cultural heritage and community interests.
