Investigating a space, project, or situation — new or existing — and developing the direction it should take. Where a place already exists but isn’t achieving the engagement or return it should, I diagnose the gap and rebuild the concept without necessarily touching the physical structure.

The foundation under every concept: direct research into lived experience, community knowledge, and local history that a standard process misses.

- Community knowledge frameworks, including the Community Voice methodology — used to organise and strengthen findings, never to replace direct engagement
