One of the central sustainability features of this project is the emphasis on natural ventilation and crosswind circulation. Strategically placed windows and vents facilitate fresh air flow, eliminating dependence on artificial cooling systems, promoting energy efficiency and increasing the comfort and well-being of residents.
Another sustainable aspect is the integration of solar panels, harnessing the sun’s energy to generate renewable energy for the building. This Eco-friendly solution not only reduces the carbon footprint but also provides a sustainable and cost-effective source of electricity.
I considered the client’s need to work from home and the need for a separate, dedicated entrance to the office space. By incorporating an office into the Design, I sought to provide a functional and professional workspace that blends seamlessly with the home’s overall aesthetic.
By incorporating a dedicated office entry, we sought to distinguish between personal and professional spaces within the home clearly. This entrance ensures privacy and security and creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers and visitors.
Overall, this contemporary sustainable Design successfully combines the client’s needs of working from home with harmonious home integration. The result is a functional, visually appealing and environmentally conscious space that meets specific client requirements while promoting a sustainable and efficient lifestyle.
